The Red Skelton Show

Mae appeared as a guest on The Red Skelton Show for CBS in March 1960. She took part in a number of sketches, including a fake interview publicising her then recently published autobiography, “Goodness Had Nothing To Do With It”. Again, the banter is very funny and quite near the knuckle.  She sang a great version of “It's So Nice to Have a Man Around the House”.

Her appearance on this show and the Dean Martin show are preserved in audio form but there's no news as to whether the video footage still exists.
